Default PSC interview preparation for lecturer post

I would be thankful if someone can give me any idea about the PSC interviews for lecturer posts. How are they carried out ? and what preparations are necessary for it?

I have been called for computer science lectureship post interview, and I need some guidelines for it.

Thanks.

Study core computer science subjects at basic level, only definitions. Prepare a good introduction of urself, hobbies, why u want to be a lecturer etc. are asked normally.

Anyone have idea about Merit allocation for a certain post?
If someone gets selected on the Merit ,can he/she apply for any post in any zone?
Or will he/she get a post in the zone based on the domicile?

It depends on the number of posts reserved for merit and each zone. Candidates having higher marks in test/interview + academics are selected on merit and the rest on their quota ( zones ).
If you are asking about posting, then let me give a good news that at provincial level, candidates are posted in their own locality or somewhere nearby.

If someone is domiciled in zone 4 I.e bannu and is a resident of Peshawar, and acquires a merit seat. Then where is more likely he will be posted ? Bannu or Peshawar?

Mostly candidates are posted in their hometown ( based on domicile ) but it also depend on the vacancy. e.g If a post of lecturer is lying vacant in Peshawar and you belong to Bannu, even then you might be posted in Peshawar. this is only in the case of Provincial PSC. In case of federal you can be posted anywhere in Pakistan. I personally belong to Peshawar and now posted at Bannu because i am federal govt employee.
