Friend dont misguide people when you have not confirmed. The list you are mentioning to, shows the list of those who submitted their applications after closing date and are therefore not eligilble to appear in the coming pms. I have confirmed it from the office.

Abbas was right, now they removed that advertisement.

you are right friend. the list of those candidates has been displayed either whose application forms reached the office after due date or lately received by the KPKPSC. so they just wanted to inform them all that they are now not eligible for the PMS 2013 and they should not pursue the exam. if one carefully study the list then it has been mentioned nowhere that the candidates should submit their application forms again.

I just saw the advertisement but didn't read that with the concentration. May be that is the reason few people got the wrong message. Thanks for the correction.
