Attached to it was also the copy of above letter. (The above letter was recieved some around somewhere 10days to 7 days back)

I called the local govt today , As per the representative , new secretary will take charge on oct 15 and then new merit list will be prepared.

I have a query regarding Post of Assistant Director in LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS & RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.

As Allocation is ''Two to merit, One each to Zone-1, Zone-2, Zone-3 and Zone-4.''

This merit is for the mentioned zones only?

Merit posts would be given to the toppers of the province after interview ...
hence in total 6 seats 2 would be for toppers 1 each for the toppers of mentioned zones ie zone 1,2,3,and 4

Dear in merit wise selection, includes zones you mentioned along with Zone 5.

But no dedicated seat for zone 5.
