Yes we will have to go to court if we want to have a transparent recruitment process. I am trying to obtain merit list and induction formula, the finalised one from LCB. @heaven whats the procedure to sue them in court and how much will it cost us to proceed with litigation in high court?

first of all gather minimum 5 persons. I will provide u two person with full financial support and rest three on your own behalf. the total expenditure will be 30-50 thousands approximately. We sue them because they are not followed ESTABLISHMENT Code which is compulsory. and others thing will be come up with the passage of time.
but remember if called latter issued than we have only 2 days to sue them and got stay order.

If they have called people with less than 70 but left others above 70 what can we suggest.?when i used to hear that they equating NTS weight equal to zero and hiking interview marks I was pretty much sure that the door for corruption has been opened. We can sue them in the court of law without any merit list because they are doing all this secretly.

Dear Brothers and sisters! please don't waste your valuable time to discuss over Local Council Board and Local Government's recruitment procedure its all nothing but bogus. please join Facebook page:[url]www.facebook.com/pages/Local-council-board-recruitment-2014/699454460129150[/url] (Local Council Borad, recruitment 2014) and come on one point agenda that we have to sue them at any cost...........
I analyzed that they are trying to gain some time and after interview or selection we cannot do any thing against them. they will argue that these are failed candidates so we have to bother ourselves over this critical issue before interview.
any person from Peshawar may come forward to sue them we will sponsored him. please do some thing before interview... if they are not intending to provide us merit list we will be take it by court under right to information act..... but first of all we have to file a petition in Peshawar High Court.

LCB Minister belongs to JI
 
They have a history of promoting the culture of sifarish. NTS was adopted to eliminate that thing but if below 70 guy getting a call and not in the 80's make that evident that this whole is is flawed.
