Why Vs chief secretary, shouldn't it be against LCB secretary or LGRD secretary or maybe the LCB Board. ?

Brother please read the thread of Heaven city. I am not dis informing. so when is the next hearing?? Besides, there is a candidate named Azmat from Abbotabad who has also challenged the LCB recruitment process. Do you have any information??? It is titled as " Azmat etc Vs Secretary LCB to KPK Govt.( Something like this).

Fahim please update us regarding the court case if there is any progression??? Your information will clarify and illuminate our all fellows regarding the LCB recruitment process. Please update the status of the court case & the dates of hearings in court.

Due to summer vacations of Peshawar High court, only two benches sit everyday. We had been given a date by court. So, it is likely to be within a week or couple.

The Manager "Ok brother i am wrong and i accept it rather i want to stand with those who are right and am ready for any sort of sacrifice. And yes i am having a good job and am not even interested in LCB as i am going to be promoted to BS-18. Similarly, my CSS result is awaited & i am hopeful that this time i will have the day Insha Allah. And thanks for your well wishes. i saw couple of posts by "The Manager" on this forum and i totally failed to understand that at one time you use to say that you are least interested for the Admin Cadre job in LCB and at the same time seems worried about it... clear your stance on it.
And since hundreds of candidates appeared in the test and MashAllah most of them scored 70+ then why cut off is below 70. i am totally baffled over this issue and also why the recruitment is solely based on qualification, NTS must be considered and then merit has to be made over qualification.
