Yes you are right... just get a date to gather and decide what to be done. I am ready .

In my opinion, we should write a comprehensive complaint letter to DG NAB and DG KP Ehtisab commission, citing the irregularities committed in recruiting officers to BPS-17. The letter should be signed by at least 20 candidates. Also copies should be sent to Mr. Imran khan, Mr. Siraj Ul Haq and opposition leader Akram Durrani. TMO's are the most lucrative administrative posts after PMS and these posts are never filled through merit. In previous governments these posts were sold for 40 lacs and above. Our aim should not be only to compel government to make this particular recruitment through merit but also hand over the entire recruitment to KPPSC. I am ready to take the initiative and sign it first and then will send it to other interesting candidates who would sign it and send to next candidate.

The complaint will be entertained by NAB etc even if you do only by yourself. better to add more complainants to make your case strong.

I don't want to lodge a complaint without the consent of other candidates. We should be at least 15 in number, to make the case effective and easy to pursue.

There is a court stay order in this matter, still recruitment has been made over these posts.. Doesn't it come under CONTEMPT of COURT?
Could anyone clarify this point?

who say recruitment has done , if yes who is selected ? I think the department can not violate court orders . But no body knows about the verdict of court decision.
