As per your opinion, I beg to differ. LCB is an autonomous body but the advertisement says the POSTS will be filled under the PUGF rules 1981. Nowhere in PUGF rules the preference provision is mentioned nor does it speak anything about the selection criteria. In the absence of such like provisions, The KPPSC regulations 2003 applies. If you get a chance go through the KPPSC regulations 2003 you will get the better idea.
Secondly, I agree to you on the powers conferred by the Governor on a selection committee to make appointments , but it does not mean that the selection committee should violate the standard procedure opted by KPPSC and ESTA CODE.
Overlooking the NTS test score as well as the academia and advertisement, and solely relying upon the experience factor is an extreme form of mockery on the part of LCB with all the candidates.
Autonomous body does not mean to do their whim , they will be held responsible if they abuse the general process and since they have violated all the prevailing services rules as well as their PUGF rules, they need to go through the shortlisting again. As justice should not only be done but it should be seen to be done.
Fahim Khan what about the case regarding LCB BS-17 ??? what has been decided?? please update us if you have any information?

HOPE NEVER DIES i dont think any life left in LCB BPS 17 recruitment at this time. Its been ages till now.
