Which post is best in revenue department or Zakat tehsildar?

The ones there in the Board of Revenue.

Recently few days ago i was reading in mashriq newspaper that tehsildar upgradation to 17 and n.tehsildar to 15 is in process??? But they adv it in 16 and 14 respectively....it will later be upgraded???

is there any general age relaxation for these seats??

Looking into the past behaviour of the government, it seems that they will be upgraded soon.
