Here are the answers, I am not a senior member but can answer the objective questions.....I am sure these are correct

Ans)There were as many as 568 states in India.
After Independence the princely states of India were allowed to retain their hereditary titles and official residences. The Govt. of India ceased the princely states in 1971 as recognized political entities.

The princely states of Pakistan were maintained till 1971, when all states were abolished by merger into republic; all princely titles were abolished in 1972.


8. Pakistan experienced both, the Presidential and Parliamentary System.
How do you distinguished between the two?

Ans)Presidential system is a system in which the President exercises the function of head of State and head of Govt. ,i.e He or She directs the execitive branch of Govt.

Parliamentary system is a system in which the ministries of the executive branch are drawn from the legislature and are accountable to that body. The head of the state is De Facto i.e Chief Executive and Chief Legislature.

9. What is ECNEC?
====> Executive Committee of the National Economic Council

10. What is ECC?
====> Economic Coordination Committee (of Cabinet)

11. What is OGRA?
====> Oil and Gas Regulatory authority

12. What is PDWP?
====> Provincial Development working party

13. What is PMDC?
====> Pakistan Medical and Dental council

14. What is PEMRA?
====> Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority

18. What is Radcliff line?
Ans) After the partition of India; it became the border between Pakistan and India on 17 August 1947. The Line was decided by the Border commission chaired by Sir Cyril Radcliffe, who has to divide equitably 175,000 sq. miles of territory with 88 million people.

19. Which area in Pakistan joins Pakistan with Tajikistan?
Ans) Pamir also called "the roof of the world" join Pakistan , Afghanistan, China , India and Tajikistan.

20. Lahore Resolution (1949) had a major flaw? Please identify

Ans) This resolution unambiguously called for the establishment of the Independent States of East and West Pakistan, while accepting the autonomy and sovereignty of their constituent units. Hence, many Muslim League leaders, particularly from Bengal, interpreted this resolution as a demand for two independent states.

Dear few correction i want to tell,please note it

4)Petroelium instead of tea.

6)13 august 1954(But this option is not given in question paper,may be due to mistake)

16)Signitaries means those who sign something.and in case of Durand line,they were,

b)Sir Henry Mortimer Durand.

Actually question#6 is incorrect in question paper...
"The NAC(National Anthem Committee) distributed records of the composed tune amongst prominent poets, who responded by writing and submitting several hundred songs for evaluation by the NAC. Eventually, the lyrics written by Jullundhri were approved and the new national anthem was first played properly on Radio Pakistan on August 13, 1954.
