Q.1 John Austin says "International law is not a real law,but a positive international morality.Do you agree with him?Give arguments in favour of your answer.

Q.2 briefly and precisely describe the subject of international law.Do you agree that individuals can be the subject of international law?Give appropriate examples in this regard.

Q.3 Define "High Seas". Explain the freedom of high seas along with restrictions over it.

Q.4 Discuss recognition.Differentiate between de-jure and de-facto recognition.What are the disabilities of an unrecognized state?

Q.5 Describe the importance of diplomacy in inter-state relations and discuss the concept of diplomatic immunity of property and person?

Q.6 What do you mean by extradition? Enumerate its essentials?

Q.7 Define international dispute and enumerate different means of setteling international disputes.Discuss the coercive mean in detail?

Q.8 Write a note on any Four of the following:

i) Innocent passage
ii) Veto power as instrument
iii) Contiguous Zone
iv)international Monetary Funds.
v)Monroe Doctrine
vi)International Court of Justice
