Q.5 Compare the Western concept of "Democracy" with the Islamic concept of "Shura" whichever is preferable and why?

Q.6 Explain the general principles of succession according to Shia and Sunni Law on inheritance.

Q.7 What remedies are recognized by Islamic Law for Torts?

I would like to know if there is any link on this website or any other website from where we could read the detailed answers to these questions or any questions of the past PMS papers?

You may find the following book helpful in this regard:
"Mulla's Muhammedan Law" by D.F.Mulla.
It is a comprehensive book on the subject.
