Default Query to CSPs and Seniors

Dear respected CSPs,

I want to confirm the work which i did to Question of OVER POPULATION.
The question in the meanwhile asked is pakistan over-populated? to which i replied in negation.
I booked solid, reasonable arguments to show my view-point.plus i gave common examples from Pak society. My sense was not aggressive, nor was it showing any hyperbole.
Now, all aspirants outside of exam centre told that the arguments were to be given in halting and preventing over population. But i told them that i was not agree with the first part is pakistan over-populated. Why shall i have given points in its favour and not against it???
Your responses please!!!

Fisrt of all you have to define, what is over population ? Then you have to answer whether or not Pakistan is over populated. I think the examiner will be expecting from you that you will answer YES. But you have chosen the other path. which may or may not impress him.
In the third portion you need to mention the measures though which we can check the further growth of population. now try to focus on the word " FURTHER" which clearly means Pakistan is already over populated.
All the best for your result

I agree Doctor saab,
it can be the case but then why it was explicitly mentioned is pakistan over-populated? before asking for any preventive measures.
I thought may be the examiner want the answer to be analytic one having some mind from aspirant's side. So, i went for its opposite with a big NO.
