But you cleared PMS once you should not be afraid. Like I failed thrice in CSS essay and once in PMS précis but still I think I did good in PMS. But if God forbid anything bad happened it would be coz of my outline :(

It happens sister, I qualified the CSS Essay paper in 2009 but failed to qualify in 2012 and 2013.Anyhow let's see what happens, by the way, how much you could score in KPPMS2011?

You can write on any topic while practising essay. Just go after those topics that are relevent and that come to your mind. Good luck!

My score was 683 . Failed in précis with 34 marks. While I never failed in this paper in my academics and all three CSS attempts :(

Better luck can help me only this time in pms awaited result as I don't think so I wud be eligible to appear third time in pms :( . Race of competitive exams is over for me now. But I enjoyed these exams and helped me in enhancing my writing skills more as according to my supervisor my thesis writing is commendable :) . Else feelings of failure will always haunt me

@roshanara: may I have the name of your supervisor as I myself have recently completed my MPhil research work under the supervision of Pro. Dr. Taj Moharram Khan, HOD History. Always remember one thing, failure is a part of life and if you start to give up because of the fear of failure then you'd never be able to achieve because she/he must suffer pain who's stood to gain. This was my first PMS ( or any competitive exam ) attempt.. I feel very scared having gone through your comments. It's very unnerving. To be in competition among you people, who have already qualified or nearly qualified exams, I feel i have no chance of going through it. Im also amazed at the policy of checking essays.. How can one fail essay twice, when he passed it in very first attempt.. The same goes for precise... I'm boggled

Dear! For these competitive exams what you need is a sportsman like spirit. You must focus more on the game than bothering about the result. Go through the names of successful candidates and you'd find that majority of them were fresh not repeaters. When you say you can do it, you can. The study of even two months would be more than enough. Anyhow Good luck!
