We haven't affixed any Performance Award to any profile since January 2014. Either we are oblivious of any deserving member or there really aren't any. Members are requested to list the name of those who are eligible for Medal of Appreciation. Member must be a dedicated one with good number of notes or useful posts in forums other than Jobs & Scholarships and Off Topic Section. Please see the list before writing any name. The final decision lies solely with the management.

P.S.: No discussion is invited. Neither do we need any post saying "Please award me/him/her for motivation".

Did you mean that we should request someones name in request section of award recipient portion or something else?Could you bother me to explain this whole denvor boot in simple stuff with methodical elaboration?like,what is the criteria?Did members nominate or something else like points or reputation blah blah...

You have to give the names of those members who have served the forum well according to your opinion. The members who have shared good notes or guided the other members in good way may be enlisted. As you are a regular visitor of the forum and an active member in many of the sub forums so you are well aware of the other active members who have provided a constructive contribution to the forum by good discussions in discussion forum, by sharing good notes or helping material or by guiding the members in right direction.
Reputation points have nothing to do with medal of appreciation.

I would suggest you the name of
1.Mustansar Hussain(he was active in discussion, have shared with us nice articles and most fundamentally his course era ---for English essay and computer programming)I don't know why he hasn't been active like once he used to be!!!
2.Nazish hina--- for her active participation in all sections and most importantly her recommended site boookzz.org besides helping me personally in Pakistan affairs paper regarding the issue of ours stance....
3.Tassawar--- nice guy and active soul(not personally experienced yet his tips related to interview were gorgeous one)
4.man janbazam-(though I have strong envoy over.............., yet he is very helping man and he has shared a lot of constrctive things over here like common grammar mistakes, some fine articles, besides his participation in the discussion section )
5.None---(I am very straight farward and blunt lady)even not N is best because he has "0" contribution in discussion section.
Applied to the case either I am deserving or not.ironically, i dreamt and even promised in the past.
