Hmm democracy ! A thing blinked in my mind and i traced the link given by a friend for checking the democratic practice and I counted some votes, which showed following results :

In total, 15 members voted for the awards, out of whom,

11 members voted for Naveed Bhutto
6 members voted for Sadia Shafique
4 members voted for Haseeb Ansari
3 members voted for Vet Doctar and Bilal Hassan, while 2 members voted for Sabahat Bhuta.

Good luck fellows. All of you are working very hard for helping the aspirants and this help in other way is your help also. Keep it up and stay blessed.

Brother, I posted that link to let him have a look at the voting. I didn't specifically cited for democratic practice Khair, There is a fine line written in the very post where members were asked for votes: the final decision lies solely with the management.

This cannot be termed as "voting". The management didn't list any names for the sake of votes. Members were only asked to post their recommendations.

No problem, call it 'reocmmendations'. Nevertheless, take it light i did not object any name and have already conveyed congratulations to them . Whenever i get free time i come here to see various posts shared /contributed by the fellows who are either hardworking aspirants like bilal hassan , sabahat, tasawar, taimor, gotam , adeel, amna, invincible, J hussain, naveed, haseeb etc or are civil servants like nasr khan, arif, redmax, vetdoctor, nouman, xeric,wwolf etc ... often they are very informative... one thing clicked in my mind was the second name in list of recommendations by fellow members i.e. Sadia Shafique. Of course final decision lies with the management to award/not award any thing.
