Need help in Data Recovery

Unfortunately, I lost my entire hard disk's data during installing Ubuntu in my laptop. Ubuntu formatted my entire hard disk instead of formating C drive. I repartitioned my hard disk and after installing many recovery softwares I am still unable to recover my data. I had very informative data as well as personal data. One more thing, once I recovered my data of D drive but forgot to save it and then after so much tries I repartitioned my drive and now I am unable to recover it. Kindly someone help me. Thanks in advance.

Its too much difficult to rearrange raw data. All recovery softwares recover data in raw form. I have tried many softwares. After so much research I think Steller Phoenix data recovery software is one of the great softwares. Steller Phoenix once recovered all of my data with specific folders, instead of raw data but I forgot to save an image of recovery and during saving data my laptop got stuck because of windows. Well, now I recovered my important data in raw form with the help of Steller Phoenix and Datadisk. Both are amazing softwares. :-)
