Arrow Try this

ws
USB devices are Plug and Play devices, so there is little that you can do to control or configure them. Windows usually detects devices when they're plugged in and, if necessary, installs drivers.

may be it help. . .

Arrow I suggest u, get ur machine & device checked !

Number of possibilities are there. like:

1) No doubt, looseness may b occured while plugging performed.
2) Virus attach.
3) UsB device problem
4) port problem of ur machine.
5) Circut distrubance in ur device.
6) sometime electricity fluctuation may distrub performance of device.
