Dear you will need to select your expertise at freelancer.com (the list of choices is huge, i mean really huge , ranging from programming to data entry to surveys). It will then ask you to bid on projects (hope you know what bidding is, boli lagana ), after your bid is approved you will be given the project and you will be required to finish it within the time period stipulated by project issuer. After you finish the project you will be paid the amount you bade . So simple. The tip is you bid lower and lower in order to secure your chances of grabbing a project while you are a rookie there, after you finish a few projects successfully you will become more confident, your repo will increase and your profile will be attractive to project issuers, then you can start bidding higher.

Default There are other ways of earning online too apart from freelancing
All the posts in this thread except the original initial post are questions and answers about freelancing for the purpose of earning money online. But the question was on how to earn money online. I would like to add some details to this question because its answer covers more than just freelancing.
  • You can earn online through blogging and embedding PPC Ads on your blog. For those who do not understand what is blogging, it is a sort of website you can create for free through blogging platforms like Blogger, Wordpress, Drupal and Joomla etc. After you have a blog and certain sufficient content on it, you can signup with PPC advertising networks such as Google Adsense, Infolinks, Clicksor, Advert, Chitika and once approved, put their ads on your blog (for those who are unaware, PPC mean Pay per Click). Once the visitors of your blog click those ads, you get paid for those genuine clicks.
  • Another method of earning online is through PTC Ad networks. PTC means Paid to Click. These are websites on which you can signup to view ads or websites, complete tasks and offers, take surveys and participate in forums and in turn get paid. You get paid because these tasks and advertisements are sponsored by advertisers who pay for viewing their online content. The renowned PTC Ad networks are Clixsense, Probux and Neobux.
  • Remember there is a huge difference between PPC Ads and PTC Ads. While it is illegal for yourself to click on PPC Ads and you could get banned for doing that, it is very much legal and the only way to earn from PTC Ads. PPC Ads are only meant to be clicked by genuine visitors of your blog, while PTC ads are there for you yourself to be clicked and viewed and get paid in return.
  • And lastly as many members have discussed, you can become a freelancer on many websites and complete projects to earn your bid amounts.

Well, there are lots of freelance works that you can do from your home. For instance, if you good writing skills you writing articles for other people. It all depends on the skills you have and how well you use these skills to earn yourself some extra money. For example, I've seen people on freelancer with outstanding writing skill and excellent reviews earning 5000+ USD a month.

Brother use fiverr dot com it is a great online internet earning opportunity for everyone. I have seen most of peoples experienced fiverr dot com and making handsome income online.
