these dictionaries are in jar format and yes no problem in using..plz try to follow the said method to get working dictionatry...
i was confused because of winrar...coz winrar can open jar format and show as it is *.rar file...so plz dont get confused like me, just copy it in your mobile memory or memory card......

microsoft encarta of computer is comrehensive encyclopedia as well as dictionary
but of
mobile encarta is only world countries profile
