Walakum Salam

Youtube cannot give you copyrights.
If you are making a video and you are using a famous song as a background music, the song is copyright of the singer and not the youtube.

No No I am asking about the Channel Rights where videos are uploaded and they ask about the copyrights on youtube .

Right, you have made a video, it contains pictures. Lets say the video you made contains pictures of babies. You have to prove that the pictures you used in the videos belong to you and are either snapped by you yourself OR you have the full right to use them. This can be proved by for instance you own a website of babies pictures yourself and you used those pictures in your video as well.

Second example can be if you have made a video in which you are talking about any topic. You own the copyrights to this video and audio as well. If someone else re-post it on youtube, they are violating the copyright laws.

Why youtube asks you about the copyrights? Because they found matching or duplicate material similar to the content you uploaded and they want to know who is the original creator of the content.

And since Pakistan doesn't entertain any copyright laws regarding videos, so feel free to share anything you want to share on youtube.
The only problem I see is for those who want to use the videos to generate revenue. They need to be using original content in their videos in order to generate revenue.
