if you have ever downloaded files from torrent site it is very easy, otherwise you can ask me how to download from torrent based sites.

aoa how can we download from torrent.. how can we avoid viruses while downloading..

Torrent is blocked on my network. any possible way to download it? what is the size of file?

first of all you need to install a torrent downloader i.e. bittorent. You can download bittorent by just typing it on google search that leads you to its site this is safe and secure.
after downloading just install it and go to various torrent sites available on internet as i told you one of them in my previous post isohunt.
search your suitable topic and download it.

Note:
you must have in knowledge that there is S and L that are call seeds and leeches that are categorically written besides the size of the file.
if there ratio becomes zero it will took more time than usual to download on bittorent. so before choosing anything to download see the numbers above zero 0 on s and L.
S stands for Seeds, the number of people who have 100% of the file(s) and are only uploading.
L stands for Leeches, the number of people who have less than 100% and are downloading.

@maha
yes they contains torjans but can be healed by not installing antivirus program. so do not install any antivirus bcoz it leads you in more trouble.

many torrent files contain cracks and patches for free of cost as they are not viruses but can create cookies, but antivirus programs are programmed to detect them as virus as they are hacked in nature.

I have figured it out. I am using proxy to use torrents.
