This is not problem with laptop this is software problem. Do not purchase new laptop. I can try to fix your problem. You have installed windows several time but dear windows usually install on C drive and there are other drives which do not change by installing fresh window so they can create problem.

If it is so then you should format all partitions of your hard disk and then install windows. I hope it will sort out your problem.

yup,it wud work IA,i think there is some sort of virus tha jumps back from othet drives after re-instalation.

You didn't mention what kind of problem your are facing?Is it just loading problem(blank page)or you get any additional message while opening the above mentioned sites?

Firstly,you must check whether a website is not working for you or is it universally inaccessible.You can use this website for checking purpose.

Moreover,most probable you are switching b/w different systems with the same connection.This can cause problem in your DNS network or IP.

Clear your DNS cache.Uninstall anti-virus.Disable windows firewall.

or

Try to uninstall your browser,disable all external add-on,uninstall all third party pop-up blockers.Enable JavaScript and flash or install them.
Add the websites to trusted sites.

or

Change your router settings.Re-set it or change its settings manually.You can find the details in your router manual.

or

Try running windows in safe mode and run full system scan.It can be due to spyware esp. if you are being redirected to another site instead of your desires one.

or try all of them.

I use DSL net. Which is not opening yahoo, dawn, and oxford' sites. Which I use on daily basis. Now I again have Instaled my window and then installed Vwireless's net instead of DSL. Its really amazing to see that all web sites are working and being opend. After that I again installed DSL modem. Now DSL and Vwireless both are working. But again the problem is same for DSL that my Yahoo, dawn and oxford dictionary's sites are not working. Internet explorer become failed when I try to open it on DSL. V wireless pe to sab khul rahee hn lekin iski speed boooht kum he or card ward ka jhanjhat. It has become Kashmir's problem. High Figh mods and other members are highly requested to help me out. I have done every thing I could. But problems is still making me irritate.

withouth Yahoo messenger / yahoo inbox, can we get online from particular site in order to get online for checking mails or for doing chatting? If yes, then could I have the link please.

I can't guide you regarding the problem of different websites not loading in your browser as I am not a computer expert but if you are a css aspirant please pay special attention to your expression in English.

there is a problem with your dsl settings. You should call to to your dsl provider and they could resolve your problem.

If some sites are opening and some are not and also working fine on other Internet connection,then i think there is some problem with PTCL broadband.Change your DNS server Address as follows
Preffered DNS Server: 208.67.222.222
Alternate DNS Server: 208.67.220.220
OR you can use the google DNS Server address as
preffered : 8.8.8.8
Alternate : 8.8.4.4
If not solved then complain to dsl provider.
