Default Converting Word File to pdf

Either you can convert it online or you can simply select 'Save As' option in Word File and select 'Save as Type' PDF that will convert Word to pdf.

Thank you,
Miguel Clayton

THanks..
Occasionally, some users find they may need to convert a Word Document into a PDF. Here are the steps to follow:
  1. Click the Microsoft Office Button, point to the arrow next to Save As, and then click PDF .
  2. In the File Name list, type or select a name for the document.
  3. In the Save as type list, click PDF.
  4. If you want to open the file immediately after saving it, select the Open file after publishing check box. This check box is available only if you have a PDF reader installed on your computer.
  5. Click Publish.

It's more easy by using the 'Export' function.

The easiest way is to use the "Save as" option that allows users to save their word file as a compatible PDF file which can be reverted back to Word file easily.
