Default ssl error

Kindly help me ,what is it? and how to overcome it, whenever I log out my hotmail it says ssl error and there are many other pages I am unable to open..
What to do?

What to do?
Check Time and Date of your PC on the task bar. Put the correct time and date. Restart your PC. SSL error will remove.

First, try change the PC time & date from BIOS. If it did't work, then clear your browsing history, empty the cache, delete cookies and other site data. For this go to Settings>> Privacy>> Clear browsing data. Select the options and mention the specified time from which you want to delete the information. I hope it will work.

Dear i have already tried that also but problem remains yet I think windows installation should be done.
