Courses by NITB

Since the clerical posts like UDC/LDC/Assistant have been upgraded now require 3/6 weeks basic IT training courses as eligibility qualifications for recruitment. Can some one guide from where these courses can be done ? I've searched alot on internet but can't find any data regarding this.

Well, as per my information, NITB only trains Officials being sent to them through Government Organizations (Ministries mainly), you can see here:

You are right in regard of NITB training being set by Estab Div for recruitment on said posts, so best would be to contact NITB:

Department itself will detail you to NITB after appointment. Your appointment will be resumed after qualifying the test conducted by NITB once completed basic course.

But in NTS job applications they asking for completed course by NITB, how someone can complete a course before joining department.
