Aoa! i just wanna know here that whether MBA 3.5 is equivalent to MS or not as per HEC requirements?

If it is then will HEC provide equivalent certificate for it? What will be the procedure?

Yes! I have heard its equivalent to MS and people have got its certificate from HEC too.
Visit the website they have it there. You might need to apply.
