Question Help me?

Hey everyone.

I'm having a bit of an issue understanding what's considered as a second division in the Pakistani university system.

An eligibility requirement of the CSS is that you should have a ''minimum second division BA degree'' - what does this equate to in terms of percentages?

Someone told me it's 45% whereas another told me it was 60%

Little confused here and any reply would be much appreciated
