Default MS/MPHIL in Business/Public Administration

Dear All,

i Have done MBA in Finance and currently working with NBP, I want to pursue my MS/MPHIL Degree, Please guide me whether i should opt for MS/MPHIL in Business Administration or Public Administration, I have interest in Public Administration as i believe that i have already studied Business Administration at Masters Level and while going for Public administration i would also be able to study core subjects of HRM/Public Management, Please also let me know that if there is any difference in Value or status of both degrees??

Which discipline should i opt considering the fact that i am a banker?

Waiting for your valuable comments and guidelines.
