Default Can we do MBBS as a private student??

I was wondering if one can do MBBS as a private candidate? ( not have to take class, just take exams)

If not... Then is there a way for a stay at home type of mom to get enrolled in MBBS program in some regular or private college... (please know that I did my FSc long ago with 75 percent marks.)

I am looking forward to expert opinions from doctors and medical students.
