Depends on overall competition and seats.
As long as interview goes normal it should get you an admission
Your gpa is very good, GAT is also good
Generally you should not be worried
I had very low goa still i got into masters some years back

Basically robotics directly corresponds to what my interests are, That's why I wanna pursue myself in this direction. By the way can you give me any advice regarding interview preparation keeping the applied discipline in view. Any insight regarding the interview.

I did Mba, so my interview was very very general, as I was an engineer and had no prior background in business studies

Interview, that too for masters in nust, fast, etc is largely to gauge your personality. If you walk in with confidence and are well dressed, groomed, etc.
Then half the battle is won
Be confident, but again that is something you will hear from everyone

Dressing, confidence alone cannot gurantee how the interview will go but numerous people guve same feedback: that first impression is vital...

In interview , they just make sure that you are committed enough to complete your masters degree , and with it their main aim is to know that whether you will be able to pay the fees for two years . If you can do these things , then there will be no problems for you getting admission in Masters .

With it , if you are not doing any sort of job , then your chances of getting admission becomes more better .

I applied to 2 departments , in one interview i was not able to answer even one question and still was able to get admission there . But , i preferred other one , where i answered all questions :P . and my merit number for both departments was same .

So , i think , from my experience , it does not matter a lot if you are not able to give answers correctly , but what does matter is the seriousness of an applicant that whether he will be able to complete masters program with full dedication .

By the way ,once you get admission there , then you can easily get scholarships like Peef etc ,and there are many other opportunities available at Nust . 12 out of 23 students in my class were awarded scholarships . So , if you deserve it , then you will get one .

Regards.

Ohh , and after seeing your gpa and gat score , i think if you keep in mind all these things that i have written above , in shaa Allah ,you will be able to get admission quite easily.

One more thing I'm not a fresh graduate, I graduated last year. Would this effect anything...? Like do they have a preference, preferring fresh or non-fresh graduates I mean.

no . it does not matter . but having more difference like more than 3,4 years may be of some value . in my case , i applied after 3 years of graduation . they asked me that what i was doing in all those years . But at the end , as i have told you earlier . They just want to make sure that you will be there for next two years or not . For example , what if you get a job and leave masters ? This thing will not be good for institute . Therefore , during interview they judge the candidates from these perspectives .
