Default Academic awards by HEC at graduation?
I'm a second semester student of BBA in PU. I want to know what kind of certificates are given to high scoring students by government universities at convocation and what's the criteria.

One more thing: If I have 3.7 gpa in first semester, will I not be able to achieve cumulative 4 cgpa at the end if I have 4 gpa in the rest seven semesters?
