How can I get admission in PHD after MBA?

I have done my 2 Years MBA (Finance) from Virtual University of Pakistan in 2010 and doing job as a Supervisor In FBR.
Now i want to do PHD so is there any way to do PHD?
if any then pls tell me the procedure and Institution.

As your MBA is of 2 years so your total study years are 16. Hence you need to do M.Phil first in order to pursue Ph.d Degree later.
