Degree & transcript attestation from HEC online Portal

Assalam o Alikum!

i want to a little help here. has anyone any experience in attestation of degree and transcript from HEC online portal? i applied for my BBA degree for attestation and the very next day application was scrutinised and they asked me to schedule an appointment, meanwhile i heard from somewhere that i had to get attested transcript along with the degree. I cancelled my appointment and applications as well, then applied for attestation of 1 original each and 1 photocopy each of both. Now it has been one week since i have submitted application, still there is no status update from HEC, neither they reply to my mails. can anyone relate to this issue and guide me, am i doing something wrong?

easier way is to go for attestation via TCS, when you are filling the attestation form, choose Islamabad from drop down menu of cities after you get the challan printed just go to TCS office of your area, hand them over the documents and challan receipt. its takes approx 5-10 working days.

Yes, you'r right. but this process starts after initial scrutiny, in my case initial scrutiny is not done even after one week.
