@niazikhan2
when do you want to take css exams?
m.a english is good but one left with teaching only.
mba 4 years ,when did this happen?as far as i know mba is of 2 years

i recommend you to go for mba and plan your attempt along with mba.this will give you better options besides css and help you in css as well.plan your career and run css parallel to it. css is only a competitive exam, one may or may not succeed in it. so always have a safe side.
when you feel you are ready ,you can have a go.
your age is only 22 so you have a lot of time for preparation of css. avail your chances carefully.

mba is better then ma

according to my point of view mba is better for you comparison ma english or ma in ir

after ma you have limited chance to job ,
css is a game of luck ,
there is no surety or guarantee that in css you will mustly achieve your goal.
after ma english you can apply for lecturer but a taugh compitition is in wait for you.

but if you clear mba
chances of job increase
you can work in bank, business institutions, lecturer, public sector,
chance to attain HEC scholarship and go to study abroad,
if you clear css test then your selection chance will increase automatically,
chance of selcetion in pms,
business is very vast field

it will better for you that do mba and prepararion css, in 2012 or 2013
you can appear in css, otherwise with out preparation your apperence in css
will not useful for you

If CSS is the only aim then don’t go for both the degrees, simply get private BA degree from college side which you might have obtained by this time and fully utilize your time & energy for CSS preparation. It is the shortest way to CSS.

Otherwise, if you wish to keep your options open prefer MBA over M.A. English due to its wider scope and acceptability in the job market with lucrative openings. M.A. English is good option for developing your personality traits but it has got limited job market. MBA offers you the both.
While opting for MBA and intending to attempt CSS you have to be target oriented and best time manager. Keep these tasks in a parallel position; don’t wait for the finalization of your MBA degree. Set your target to attempt CSS before the finalization of your MBA degree ( probably in the final year of your education) if it is 4 years program but if it is 2 years program then it is better to attempt CSS after your final papers of MBA.

Today you are of 22, your first attempt should be at most in your 24th on BA basis, in 25th or 26th year if you are going for MBA.

You can consider M.A. English if you have any special plan / any special attachment with this degree. There is a misconception that candidates of M.A. English are best suited to attempt CSS because they are expert at English subjects like English composition and English essay (Totally wrong assumption). There is another misconception that candidates of IR are best suited to attempt CSS because they are expert in affairs (international as well as national). There are lot of other subjects other than CA, and PA in CSS.

My recommendations

Dear Khan Sab,
Since ive done MBA of 3.5 year duration, i would strongly recommend you to opt for it. Reason being it is internationally equivalent to Master's (MS) degree & locally equivalent to M-Phil after which u can continue directly to Phd. Regarding orientation of HR People & job market, trend has started to begin using or selecting 16 year education people as merely officers & 17 year plus education people as MTO's especially in multinationals. Obviously as Raz suggested, u must continue your preparation for competitive exams parallel to MBA.
