What about the registeration for external candidates who have done graduation in August 2012?

They have mentioned that gap of one year is required between Graduation and Masters. However, it would be apt if you contact at the given number i.e. Tel # 9257646-50, Ext # 229 They would be able to better guide you.

Please tell me from where can i get past papers for external exams?
Please mention if i can get them by post from numl examination branch...

I visited the Examination Branch today. They said that the past papers can be obtained from them i.e. the examination branch. However, they didn't give any satisfactory answer to my inquiry regarding obtaining past papers through post they said "Go to room no. 29" which was of AD Exams and locked. Anyhow, you may contact them on this number for further details (051-9257656 (ext. 307, 272 & 229).

A book 'Russell's Best-Silhouettes in Satire' mentioned in syllabus booklet in the Core text for Prose, i'm unable to get it as it was not available from NUML book bank too. Could anyone tell me what this book is about? which essays of Russell are in it?

what is the procedure to be registered at NUML being an external candidate?
what about fee for external candidate? can i apply this year for M.A english? ( i have done bsc ( 2 years).

Admissions for this year are closed. You can get yourself register as an external almost one month before exams when university open its admissions. I think spring admissions will open in March 2014 so as exams will be held in April. You will have to appear in five subjects in part I and then five in part II. And you are supposed to deposit Rs.2000 per subject. Here is the link for Syllabus

AoA I am Qudsia And want to do Masters in English Literature From NUML as an External Candidate...You've Told that Admissions will be in MARCH 2014 and Papers will held in APRIL 2014...Can u guide me in this regard...Is there a sessional system or Semester for Private ones??? if sessional then what will be the paper months???
do tell me a fee schedule for Externals also...

I'm not certain about the exam month, when university will announce i'll update you on this thread. However it's definite that their spring admissions will open in March or may be in Feb. If you want to appear for exams then you must proceed. For Externals they follow annual system. You will have to appear in five subjects in part I and then five in part II, you are supposed to deposit Rs.2000 per subject as well.
