NDU is offering the Mphil program in "Government and Public Policy". How is this program from the Job perspective in Pakistan? With background of CS and IT, what are the different job opportunities available for this discipline?

Scope of Government and Public Policy

GPP is an advance degree with lot of modern, demand and goal oriented tools and applications of management and administration used in effective policy "formation" process. The job market in simple words leads you to development sector (NGO, INGO, CBO). Whatever the donors agencies undertake, this is all one study in GPP. In public sector this is useful in routine tasks and if one is in a Government he/she can prove himself the dignity and prestige to be the "DEFENCIAN" in general and GPPIAN in particular. Thus, this is the degree which helps you How to live and how to make a living .
