IR or LLB
Dear alexkhan!
Being IR graduate and in light of my own experience I would suggest you to go for LLB. My suggestion is on following counts.
Prospect of Jobs in UNO.
This is more an in illusion than reality that IR graduate are sought by UNO or other similar organizations. They generally reguire people for management purposes who are vastly experienced e.g.5-7 year experience to run or oversee their projects. I have not seen any opportunity to prop up in papers for fresh graduates.
CSS/PMS
It is generally believed that IR graduates are at advantageous position to qualify abovementioned exams because they are well versed with general knowledge and world affairs which is an important component in competitive exams. This is true to an extent. However, you can acquire acquaintance of requisite general knowledge by merely keeping in touch with newspapers.
Secondly, going for IR for sake of CSS/PMS is not a safer options provided the uncertainty attached with these exams.
Jobs opportunities: CSS vs PMS
IR, as a courser or an academic degree is taught in very few univerities which means fewer opportunities of lectureship.
Second, NAB, ADPP, Legal prosecutor jobs necessitates law degree.
Third, apaprt from CSS, Law graduate can appear in civil judges exam as well.
And lastly, LLB is a professional degree. You can pursue your career in it if no other option clicks.
So instead of going through emotions you should think logically. Choice is yours bro.

Both can be done at the same time as well.

You are right brother.I am taking opinions of fellow members just to get satisfied.Someone told me that if I am caught doing both at the same time, they will cancel my degree.is that right?
