all over the net there are websites ,saying that we can ,, is that true

Yes it is true, but you have to submit a practical certificate at the time of admission..... you can take that certificate from private or government college...

yes dear if you have any link to a degree college you may ask them for a Practical Slip and then you opt Computer as Casual Candidate...:-)
