please suggest me which Specialization is better for me with JOB , Ms Finance or Ms HRM

I am Currently Doing Job in banking Sector, and my Final Degree is M.com whereas i am continuing Study After 2 years of gap

Major choice depends on your interest. Both fields are highly demanding however finance scholars are often neglected compared to the CFA or Acca qualified candidates. HR compared to Finance is easy to handle with job plus HR is quite blooming these days...:)

A friend of mine told me that topic selection of Research in HR is quite difficult as huge number of research is been over their

If u have the required research aptitude, then you will find the topic for research. dont worry about that. Another issue is that HR mainly deals with the primary data.
