we say 12:30 (Sarhe bara) in urdu, 11:30( Sharhe giarah) why dont we say 01:30 to Sarhe aik? is there any reason? I need information

I do have the problem of distinguishing b/w derh and dhaaiii?
Always gotten fed up cause its better and more convenient for me to use half past and half to....
Anyhow!
If somebody is out there to tell me the difference and trick to remember derh and dhaii story.:)
