When you stressed about exams it is good to sleep
Sleep is extremely important, especially during exam season. Before sleeping, try out some stress management techniques such as deep breathing or meditation. Moreover, make a conscious effort to think about exams only during your exam preparation time. Avoid overthinking as this can affect your sleep cycle. Finally, be confident in your exam preparation. Make sure to use the best exam preparation materials such as solved past papers, book notes, and lecture videos, and study with complete concentration. This way, you will be satisfied with your progress at the end of each day and will be able to sleep without any worries.

Exams are just one part of life. Its ongoing process in whole life to manage stress effectively. The key is to not to overthink about outcomes in life. Always remember to try your best and leave the rest to Allah. No matter whatever is the outcome, always stay positive. Don't be overly concerned about opinions of others. InshaAllah everything will be alright.
