I assume that we shall count the days after the original day has passed (after that day). For example: 1 Day after Sunday (passed) is Tuesday (after Monday).

but that's the way English goes
i.e the solution
Two days after Monday is Wednesday
Immediately after Wednesday is Thursday
Two days after Thursday is Saturday
Three Days after Saturday is Tuesday

THE DAY WHICH COMES two days after monday is thursday.Day which comes immediately after thirsday is friday.Day which comes twe days after friday is monday.Day which comes three days after monday is Friday.

Doctor Sahab I've already said that in my reply to Omer
In English, when they say "after two days" they include the current day as well so that makes "2 days after Monday = Wednesday" and not Thursday
