Reason being,in some books the figure 796096 is in sq.km.so,which one is correct?

these figurs have been taken from the Pakistan official website...i think it must be corrected.......corrections need if any....

796096 sq.km is area by excluding azad jammu and kashmire and other is 307374 sq miles as i have read

most of text books have that 7 fig , n i have read the 8 figure in some books like that of oxford maybe . ?
