dear..if this is so than why armed forces personnel are running behind civil services?

just have a look at islamabad administration.. AC Captain waqas
DC retd Captain mushtaq ahmad etc... why did they join civil services?

In terms of career progress PAS is the best.

In terms of 'Tashan' PSP and PCS are the best.

In terms of joyful, tension free life FSP is the best.

just PSP .
I swear to my Allah that I'll not join the service IF I allocated to even PAS or FSP.
