Time Will Come !
New York is 3 hrs ahead of California but it does not mean that California is slow, or that New York is fast. Both are working based on their own "Time Zone."
Some one is still single. Someone got married and 'waited' 10 yrs before having a child, there is another who had a baby within a year of marriage.
Someone graduated at the age of 22, yet waited 5 years before securing a good job; and there is another who graduated at 27 and secured employment immediately !
Someone became CEO at 25 and died at 50 while another became a CEO at 50 and lived to 90 years.
Everyone works based on their 'Time Zone',
People can have things worked out only according to their pace.
Work in your “time zone”.
Your Colleagues, friends, younger ones might "seem" to go ahead of you.
May be some might "seem" behind you.
Don't envy them or mock them, it's their 'Time Zone.'
You are in yours!

dont lose hope and try to make it possible for next time

Its very difficult to get normal once you work so hard.and result doesnt come upto your expectation.its a very easy sentence from someone to say that"dont loose hope" but very difficult for someone to accept it.Allah Shrinked Seven Heavens for Muhammad S.A.W and so HIS Arsh.Loh,Qalm,Kurse just because of high Calibr of Taqwa of which prophet of God Got .so how cant Allah bring things easier for his creatures "humans".


Sometimes metaphysical thinking required to understand things beyond the Checking criteria of FPSC.

Tum ko kia pta In Pass ho nay walon may say kisi Ik say Shayad Allah Naraz ho.aur hum sab kay liay ebrat ka nishan bana day.

Foundations for long-term achievements are laid down by struggle and sacrifice. Same is the case with CSS. To be the best, we should be ready to face the toughest of challenges and worst of scenarios.

The life of a CSP Officer might look very luring from your vantage point, but it is not necessary that it will be the best life decision. Only Allah knows whether you and CSS are a best fit or not. So don't lose heart and keep toiling while making sure that you have a plan-B. Or you can even consider CSS as plan-B and relieve pressure from yourself. You will perform way better in a situation with less pressure.

You should take heart from the fact that whether you pass CSS or not, you are trained and seasoned enough to work hard consistently and achieve tremendous honors wherever you go.

Remember= mujay FPSC ny abi tak dang nae mara.....mera tu sirf un deserving aspirants ka result dekh ky kaleja phat-ta hai ....jinko fpsc deliberately last kai saloo sy fail kr ky un ki life ky qeemti saal zaya krnay ky sath sath csp officer bannay ki khawayesh ka be humesha ky liye katma kr rha hai.

humara haq bnta hai ky hum is zulm ky khilaf awaz buland kre ....na ky apnay ap ko e jhoti tasaliya de kr or kabootr ki tarha anke band kr ky is zulm ko hota bardast krna shru kr dein.

Aur Alhamdulillah....mein already aik achi job kr rha hn.....lahaza agr fail ho be gya tu ''no problem'' or next phr sy try kru ga....(or shaid tab tak fpsc ka gand be saaf ho jaey).......Tu abi sirf ye fikr kr ky....agr tu is akhiri baar be fail ho gya tu phr agay........ Beshaamaar, esay tmaam candidates ny fail hona e hota hai jo ksi wja sy proper preparation nae kr sakay hn.....or shaid tumhara be kio esa e issue ho.

but wo candidates jo already 70-80 % marks last attempts mein gain kr chukay hn or is baar be itnay e expect kr rahay hn tu wo jab jaan bouj kr fail kr diye jaey tu bhot jiada dhuk hota hai.
