صدیوں سے یہ راز ہر خاص و عام کی سوچ اور دلچسپی کا محور رہا ہے کہ خوش قسمت کا وہ کونسا راز ہے جو انسان کی تمام تر خواہشات کی تکمیل کا باعث بنتاہے محبوب کو قدموں میں لانا مقصود ہو دولت اور شہرت کی بلندیوں کو چھونا ہو ،ہماری سادہ لوح عوام پیروں فقیروں کے چکروں سے لے کر ہاتھ کی لکیروں تک کو بدلنے کے لیے کیا کیا جتن نہیں کرتے لیکن ان بھلے مانسوں سے کوئی یہ تو پوچھے کہ پیر فقیر کیوں اپنے ان مریدوں کے محتاج ہیں اور کیوں ہاتھ کی لکیروں کو بدلنے والا خود اپنے حالات نہیں سدھارپاتا۔
لوگوں میں ایک قدر مشترک ہوتی ہے کہ وہ اپنے مقصد میں کامیاب ہونا چاہتے ہیں لیکن ایسا کیوں ہوتا ہے کہ کامیابی کی دوڑ میں صرف چند ہی افراد آگے نکل پاتے ہیں؟ وہ ایسا کون سا فعل،عمل یا وظیفہ ہے جس کی بِنا پر کامیابی ہمارے قدم چومتی ہے جناب جس طرح دنیا کی ہر چیز کسی اصول پہ کام کرتی ہے اسی طرح کامیابی کا بھی ایک اصول ہے کہ وہ اپنے لیے باہمت لوگوں کا ہی انتخاب کرتی ہے ۔کم ہمت انسا ن کو کامیابی کسی تنگ اور تاریک گلی میں ہی چھوڑ دیتی ہے۔ باہمت ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ منزل پہ پہنچنے کے لیے کامل یقین کا ہونا بھی بے حد ضروری ہے۔اس کی مثال ایسے ہی ہے کہ دو دیہاتی بھائی اسلم اور علی کھیلنے کے لیے نکلے تو گاؤں سے تھوڑا دور چلے گئے۔پاس ہی ایک کنویں سے پانی پینے لگے تو بڑا بھائی اسلم کنویں میں جاگرا اس وقت چھوٹے علی کے آس پاس کوئی نہیں تھا۔جو اسلم کو باہر نکالنے میں اس کی مدد کرتا۔علی نے فوراً کنویں کے ساتھ بندھی ہوئی رسی کو نیچے پھنکا اور بے پناہ مشقت سے اپنے بڑے بھائی اسلم کو باہر نکال لیا۔واپس گاؤں جاکر جب سب کو یہ قصہ بتایا تو سب نے مذاق سمجھ کر یقین کرنے سے انکار کردیا۔لیکن یہ آخر کون سا یقین تھا جس کی بنا پر علی نے اپنے سے قد آور بھائی کو باہر نکال لیا۔یہ یقین کی وہ قسم ہے جو صرف اسی وقت سامنے آتی ہے جب کوئی اور’’آپشن‘‘ نہ ہو جب کامیابی کے علاوہ اور کوئی راستہ نہیں ہوتا اور یقین کی اس قسم کی وجہ سے دنیا کے بہت سے کامیاب افراد اس وقت اپنی منزل پر پہنچتے ہیں جب ناکامیاں ان کا دامن بھر چکی ہوتی ہیں اور اب کامیاب ہونے کے علاوہ ان کے پاس اور کوئی انتخاب نہیں ہوتا لیکن یہ صرف انہی لوگوں کا شیوہ ہے جو بلند حوصلے کے مالک ہوتے ہیں۔تو جناب بظاہر تو کامیابی بہت چھوٹا لفظ ہے لیکن اس کے لیے ہمت اور مسلسل محنت کا وہ معیار درکارہوتاہے جس کے بعد یقین کامل ہوجائے کہ اب کامیابی کے علاوہ اور کوئی چیز ہمارا مقدر نہیں۔

Sucess is a state of mind.As everyone is unique,so success is different for differnt individuals.A student may attribute success to good grades,a farmer to better yield,a politician to more votes,so on and so forth.the state of mind decides the success.
Before ''anything'' is materialized,first it is theorized.Theories are created with thoughts.thoughts are crebrated.More information is observed,interlinked and then made the part of theory.An example would suffice the purpose.
Although at first it may seem eccentric but arguments will clarify the statement.''All of our modern innovations:computers,cell phones,vehicles,jets,missiles,medicines,and nukes,existed even ten thousand years ago,after the end of first ice age''.Now, confuesed?so tell me dear ultimate struggler,Did we imported anything from Mars for moderen innovations?Absolutely no!
All the elements used in modern innovations were present before modern human civilization:the crude oil lay buried in deserts and oceans;the metals lied in the mountains;The medicines were hidden in plants,the Uranium was buried inside the layers of clay.The theory of relativity E=mc2 ,Newton laws of motion were present and were working even before Albert einstien and Isaac Newton ''theorized'' them.So it means before anything is achieved,first it is processed in brain,rationalized,and then materialized.
So SUCCESS is a state of mind means that the whole game of succes lies in our own minds.we are the masters of our faith.we(humans) have done miracles.
Unfortunately we relate success with luck and religion.and thats why we lay far behind the successful nations.Today,my friend Ismail khan said that Fear is the biggest hurdle in our lives.i agree and will augment here that it is the fear of defeat which keeps us away from success.

It is gross injustice to define success, since every definition is a limitation of the term. Success has no confines, no subscription to specific –isms, its domain is as vast as one’s thought. However, a bold attempt can be made to construct an objective definition: Success is the domination of chaos by order; an existence of an apparent situation which seems to be consistent with our agendas and resolve.
Success is relative for each participant in the challenge; therefore, its comprehension may be diametrically opposed for either party. In a war, the demolition of the infrastructure of the opposing side is success, but the same is not true, if a similar act is performed by the enemy to wreck vengeance on us. Therefore, success is not an absolute term. It is a measure of how well our ambitions and agendas have been actualized in time and space.
There is another dimension of success. Sometimes, it is preceded by a failure, which by itself appears an ordinary failure, but beneath the disguise there might lay hidden the very fertile seeds for success. A candidate, a political contestant, a naval general, may witness humiliation, but in reality, it could be a teething ground which prepares them for a foundation of experience that ultimately leads them to be a recipient of success. Therefore, perpetual failures do not necessarily seal the fate of any aspirant or combatant, unless he/she choses to do it himself. Each step of the ladder collapses the distance between the climber and the summit, so as long as we are consistent, and keep our efforts up, success is not only imminent but also inevitable.
