Interview of New Css Aspirants
After being remained in contact with new css aspirants,an impatient desire rose into my heart that their interviews must be taken however i happened to take three interviews of my friends in which they are throwing light over current problems of pakistan as well as suggesting to the begginers that which strategy to be adhered for passing the css exam.

It is a superb idea which shows how creative minded you are. I appreciate your efforts and hope that more interviews will be aired. Aspirants who are interviewed expressed their genuine feelings and I hope they will remain unchanged after getting success. It should be on regular basis named as “CSS Talk with Waqar”.;) I have watched videos of Civil Service of India Exam on youtube but there are no such videos available about CSS Exam and you know we are not advance in film industry. You can include the interviews of qualifiers as well. It will really be helpful.
P.S: There is interview of IAS Topper, she topped among 300000 candidates, if its not deleted then I will post it. |
@Waqar. Positive move. Keep it up. There should be more interviews.

@Waqar Abro
aoa the worthwhile initiative which you have taken is appriciable and inspiring .the comments of the interviewees are quite in line with the reality, specially of the third interviewee.the crux of their views can be summarised as; a- acadamies are useless But for the beginners b- aspirants should rely on personal effort and dedication c- hiring some private teacher is rather a better idea thanks regards |
@ waqar abro
wonderful idea. i was searching for such sort of things. I'm expecting that you will post new interviews. dear keep it up. |
I am thankful to kawish, prince ,javed and aariz for encouraging me.
Anyhow,a couple of days ago,i met with a css aspirant, hailing from a remote area namely shahzaib channa, who appeared in css 2010 exam.My friend choudhry muddasir took his interview at hyderabad highway when we all friends were on sindh tour. |
@Waqar. Great effort bro. Dear, catch some interviews from girls too, they face different problems than boys.
Regards |
I have taken another interview of a css aspirant, who has been preparing for the css since a long time, and he is also a member of cssforum.
if u ppl call it interview tou bus phirrrrr.....
what happend to u ppl ? i found it a joke ! koi kaam ki baat nahin hai !
you have found it a joke in which sense? Aur esko kya kahen ji,ap bata den? U might have worked in cnn or bbc so u know better than others:haha Do u know what, people in our society, are doing nothing just throwing cold water upon others. |
Waqar bhai,
You should continue your work,we are getting alot of knowledge as well as encouragement by watching such kinds of interviews here in this forum and as far Minahil shah's comments are concerned, she might have found css as a joke. anyhow, keep it up dear |
very good efforts waqar :)
keep up the gd work :) |
She might have expected a formal interview, but when are CSS aspirants found formal while preparing for exam? They are often found in rough and tuff style. She might have considered their relaxed, and casual style as a kidding posture. Quality of the interviews is not a big issue but initiating this idea is really interesting and impressive. We have rarely come across CSS aspirants interviews so easily.

I am really disappointed to see such comments by minahil shah, instead of criticizing. she should have encouraged it. sorry to say, I really don't: what she was thinking while such writing such comments, which have no sense at all.
if you have any suggestions for taking interviews, please discuss irrespective of putting such dogmatic statements. many thanks Regards, Naveesh. |
@ Waqar Abro,
Though i cant see these videos for the time being (they wont open, saying some shock player error) but I like this idea very much. This is quite innovative and i can imagine how helpful it would be to some extent to have a relief from a stress prior exam/interview. Keep up the good work. Regards. SS Thanks. |
@Waqar. Positive move. Keep it up. There should be more interviews.
Dear Aariz ,Bundle of thanks for giving us a feed back as well as a good interview in which you have brilliantly thrown light over your attempted essay in 2010 (Dialogue is the best course to combat terrorism). |
ala work.....
its really good rather quite motivating... well i must say its not a formal interview of cnn or style 360 degree..... where u can see well decorated sets and big camra man holding up a mike or wht.....its some thing very natural.... so brother keep it up.... if u dunt mind i want to suggest u some thing that instead of using cell phone camera if u use handy cam we could have bette rresult but any way still its a nice effort .... |
@Minahil: We dont work in any media company so that we could conduct interview in a lush decorated studio and we are not trained anchors/correspondents. It is our (Waqar, Mudasir, Aariz, Masood, Sajjad, Abdullah) own effort to highlight the problems faced by the candidates.
@Waqar: After 20th June, we will record a shot on HOW TO ATTEMPT AN ESSAY and other useful topics. Interviews are sufficient now. We must conduct an interview from a woman. |
@ Wqar Abro
Its really good idea to share views of css aspirants. Good initiative...I want to give you one suggestion if you like i-e to conduct interviews of different css aspirants on one topic for example:

How to attempt Essay paper?
Why candidates failed in css? (from experienced css aspirants, who passed in 2nd or 3rd attempt)
High scoring and low scoring myth (specifically Urdu)
Is academy necessary or self study is enough?
Although these topics have been discussed on forum but it wud be pleasure to listen views of a css aspirant in video form. Regards, |
@Zoyee. agree you
|
you did a good job
