Your combination seems fine to me. I have the same combination except Indo-Pak.
Make a time table, read Dawn's headlines, news from international section and its editorial daily. Enrich your vocab and knowledge out of it. Learn the art of writing as well by reading articles. Work daily on your grammar. Cover compulsory subjects first and then optional subjects. Start with any subject. Get in touch with a good English teacher for essay and precis & composition evaluation. Write 1-2 full length essays per week and get them checked too. Good luck. Stay blessed.
