Arrow Please suggest Books for Psychology and US history

i am a new comer to this forum.plz tell a book r two for psychology and americann history which will cover all the syllabus nearly.i will take only those books.it will save a lot f time.u know which books r good.there r a no f books for each subject ,so quite confusing for me 2 select among them.plz help
