Thank you brother for guidance.i am 21 years old.sir if one fills form but he does not give exame then his attempt will be counted or not.

Brother what sort of study plan one should acquire for css preperation?how much time per day is required?

Brother it varies from person to person, in my opinion 4 sincere hours of study for 4 to 5 months are enough. Design your plan in such a way that you can finish the syllabus till december then revise them in last two months.

Thanks alot for your suggestions.do you think, i can cover inter national law because i have no law back ground?what are the important topics of international law?plz suggest some books.
